YES - Mental awareness is the widespread understanding and recognition of the importance of mental health and mental illness. Its primary goal is to break down the pervasive social stigma and misconceptions that often prevent individuals from seeking necessary help. By promoting education about symptoms and available resources, awareness encourages early intervention and treatment, which is critical for recovery and overall well-being. Ultimately, greater mental awareness fosters a more supportive, compassionate, and informed society where people feel comfortable discussing it and priortizing psychological health
